9 steps you have to follow for the perfect blog design

So today's Post it's a super exciting one, because I'm gonna show you steps you have to follow for having a super cute blog design.
So, Why is the blog design such an important thing?, I mean, the most important thing is the content right?, Well, that's a total lie, I mean, for me, the blog design is the basic thing, because it's the first thing we see when we are getting into a blog, and it has the power to make us come back, but watch out, because having a cute blog design doesn't means that the content doesn't has to be useful as well, the blog design complements the content, and the content, complements the design.
Steps
1. Search for Inspiration:
I recommend using Pinterest for this step. Make sure to find the main things in your blog like Color Palettes (Make sure that the colors match and try to make the colors as less as possible, like 4 max.), Fonts (Try these to be as less as possible, nobody likes a blog that looks like a font circus), Inspiration for the Blog Logo (Try this not to be so obtrusive, You can see tutorials on YouTube of how to make a header on Photoshop, or maybe in PicMonkey)
2. Don't copy anyone Else's design:
It's your blog, and because of that, it has to be 100% yours, don't copy anyone Else's blog design, because when it comes to design, originality is the main fact. Let's say that the design it's pretty much you essence, and believe me, you don't want to have someone Else's essence, do you?
3. Make a Sketch on a paper sheet:
Grab a pen and draw the idea of your dream blog, and when you are totally convinced, You're ready to make it a reality.
4. Your blog structure:
Having a great blog design is a hard thing to do if the structure is a total mess, too much gadgets, too much ads...
To have the perfect blog structure you have to consider this things:
→ Make a menu of the categories of your blog. This is a must, because the navigation has to be an easy thing to do.
→ Be organized when it comes to gadgets, ads or whatever. Make sure everything is in place and has the same size, align all the gadgets and ads, every single one of the in a same direction, No matter if it's centered, to the left, or to the right.
→ Avoid the double side bar, because it can remove attention from your posts.
5. All you need to know about fonts:
Okay, believe me, I know that there are around a million cute fonts, but you have to be strong about these. I recommend you to use Arial for your posts, and another one of your preference for the post title, of course you can also use the same font of the post body for your title, but try this one to be a little bit bigger. But be careful and avoid script fonts in your post titles.
For the header I recommend you to use a script font, you can look for one in my 20 fonts for bloggers list.
6. Color Palettes: Okay you, I know it may sound like, ''yeiiii, colors'' What? No? Just me? Okay then. Anyway, the color pallete is the main thing on your blog's design, so be careful with it, make 100% sure that the colors match and also, that these are not more than 4 colors.
7. Background colors: When it comes to backgrounds, try to avoid patterns as much as possible, and also, try your background to be in a very light color, I recommend white, but if you still choose color, try this one to be one from the palette in his lightest tone.
8. Header: Okay folks, I need you to pay attention here, the header has to be perfect, or the thing that looks like perfection the most. Lucky for you, here I got some tips to have the perfect header:
→ Don't overcharge it with designs, the less you put in it, the more beautiful it gets.
→ Make sure the header to keep a harmony with the blog's background.
→ Make the font to be script and to look artistic.
→ Make sure is centered, not aligned to the left or to the right, at least that your gonna put the title on the sidebar, of course.
9. Gadgets: Okay, we have to be careful with the gadgets, because I'm pretty sure no one likes an endless sidebar.
The main sidebar gadgets are:
→ A little information box
→ A gadget where your blog followers can subscribe
→ A gadget where you show your social media accounts
→ A gadget where you show your most visited posts
→A gadget with the main categories of your blog (Try these not to be the same of your menu bar)
